Lian Farhi

Lian Farhi is a seasoned urban design and transportation planning professional with extensive experience in both consultancy and government roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Director of Planning & Urban Design at Sam Schwartz since August 2018, Lian has previously held various positions within the New York City Department of Transportation, including Urban Designer and Senior Transportation Planner. Lian's background also includes work as an Urban Design Consultant at GWW Planning & Development LLC and participation in various internships and fellowships focused on urban planning and design. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Architecture from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
