Yaron Benita

VP of R&D at SAM Seamless Network

Yaron Benita has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Yaron is currently employed as the VP of R&D at SAM Seamless Network, where they have been since March 2021. In this role, Yaron is responsible for leading research and development activities. Prior to their current position, Yaron was the Project Manager Director at SAM, where they designed a unique solution to protect ISPs and their customers from cyber attacks.

Before joining SAM, Yaron served as the Co-Founder of LITECUBE from March 2018 to July 2019. Yaron was also the VP of business development at IMC Microwave Industries from March 2013 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Yaron held the position of Sr Director of R&D at ARRIS from November 2011 to February 2013.

Yaron has also gained significant experience at BigBand Networks, where they served as the Sr Director of R&D Project Management and later as an R&D Project Manager. Yaron was responsible for managing all R&D projects, overseeing the budget, and leading the Planning and Control team.

Additionally, Yaron worked as an Engineering Manager at Prediwave, where they led engineering teams from August 2002 to July 2005. Prior to that, they held senior software engineer positions at 3COM, Deloitte & Touche, and Elbit.COM.

Yaron has a diverse background and has consistently held positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career in the technology industry.

Yaron Benita completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, with a start year in 1994 and end year in 1997. Yaron later pursued a Master of Science (MS.c) degree in Software Engineering from DePaul University, with a start year in 2000 and end year in 2002. Additionally, Yaron obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in June 2019.
