Margot Babinet is currently working as an International Research Manager at SAM Sensory and Consumer Research. Prior to this, Margot worked at Nestlé for several years in roles such as Sensory and Consumer Specialist and Associate Sensory and Consumer Specialist, specializing in dehydrated culinary, meat analogues, ambient dairy, and coffee creamers. Margot also has experience in quality management and production through internships at SovéFrais and La Trinitaine. Margot holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agro-Alimentaire from Oniris Nantes.
