With a strong background in engineering and sales, Ernesto spent nearly nine years at Flowserve Corporation, progressing from Associate Project Engineer to Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included enhancing product knowledge, improving testing capabilities, and diversifying client portfolios. Ernesto holds an MBA from EADA Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
