Lucia Garcia is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing and communications, currently serving as the Head of Brand Marketing and Comms at Samaipata since January 2023. Previously, Lucia held the position of Marketing Director for Spain at Wagestream, where significant contributions were made to financial wellbeing services for over 2 million employees. Prior roles include Digital Marketing and Content Manager at Mobile World Capital Barcelona, Marketing Operations Manager for Badi, and Marketing Manager at hosco, where strategic marketing initiatives were launched. Early career experiences encompass various roles in the hospitality sector, including communication project management at Accor and event management with Steigenberger Hotels. Lucia holds a Master’s Degree in Internet Business from ISDI and two Master's Degrees in Hospitality Management from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
