Fardokht Farzanfar has worked at Saman Insurance as a Co-Founder and Executive & HR Manager since August 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Henkel from June 2012 to July 2017, starting as an Office Assistant and then progressing to roles such as HR Key Account Supervisor- Adhesives Technologies and HR Business Partner - Laundry & Home Care. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR functions including talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Fardokht also worked closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities.
Fardokht Farzanfar completed a Master's Degree in MBA- Human Resource Management from the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in German Language and Literature from the Islamic Azad University between 2005 and 2009.
