Sina Rashvand

Sina Rashvand is an experienced professional currently serving as the Process and Methods Improvement Manager at Saman Insurance Company since June 2023. Previously, Sina held the position of Systems and Methods Manager at AFRANET from July 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included Business Process Management, implementation of quality management systems based on ISO9001:2015, and the establishment of multiple integrated management systems. In addition to industry experience, Sina has an extensive academic background, having lectured at various universities, including Ghiasodin University and the University of Applied Science and Technology, teaching courses on operations research, quality management, and system analysis. Sina holds a Ph.D. in Engineering/Industrial Management from Islamic Azad University and has a solid educational foundation with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same fields.
