Theophile Mounier

Theophile is VP Finance and Administration. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and entrepreneurship. After having led finance functions in large industrial groups and worked in more than 10 countries, he co-founded an EPFL spin-off company (Lausanne, Switzerland), participated in various M&A transactions and most recently headed Finance at Lunaphore Technologies, successfully launching a large financing round. He holds two MSc degrees, in accounting and in management. He is an alumni of NEOMA Business School (Reims, France) and IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland).
