Icaro Portela Pinheiro

Icaro Portela Pinheiro is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and environmental systems, currently serving as Team Lead at Samarco since June 2017, overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of environmental systems. Previously, Icaro held the position of Operations Team Coordinator at Fundação Renova from November 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating improvements in water treatment plants. Icaro has a solid background in management and process development acquired through roles at Samarco and Gerdau S.A., focusing on productivity, safety, and continuous improvement.
