Justin Bushneck

Justin Bushneck is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and management, currently serving as Site Manager and Maintenance Manager at Specialty Granules LLC since August 2014. Justin's previous roles include Senior Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor at Iluka Resources, where expertise was applied to enhance equipment reliability. Earlier, as Plant Manager at Xteriors Manufacturing, Justin oversaw the development of a modern concrete production facility from its inception. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Plant Manager and Engineering Intern at Tilcon New York Inc., and as an Inspector for the New York State Department of Transportation. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.
