Vera Lucia has extensive experience in human resources management, including a decade at Samarco where roles spanned from Gerente Geral de Pessoas e Cultura to Gerente de RH, focusing on people management, organizational culture, and strategic HR positioning. Prior to Samarco, Vera served as a Consultora at Superhar Consultoria em Recursos Humanos, specializing in recruitment and selection, and as an Assistente de RH at Sicoob Confederação, where responsibilities included performance management and leadership development. Vera holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and completed a program in Strategic People Management at INSEAD.
