Connie Gershaneck, PHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Connie started their career as a Student/Program Participant at NCHRA Certification Course in 2008. In 1998, they joined Peninsula Family YMCA as an Administrative Services Director, where they were responsible for various operations including human resources, fiscal management, IT support, and program administration. Connie later joined Samaritan House of San Mateo County in 2011 as the Director of Human Resources.
Connie Gershaneck, PHR has a background in Industrial Psychology. Connie attended San Francisco State University from 1985 to 1990, where they focused on Industrial Psychology. Connie later obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2009. Additionally, they have some experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, although the specific timeframe and degree obtained in this field are unknown.
