Willie Cooper serves as the Executive Vice President and COO at Samaritan Ministries International, where responsibilities include managing strategic plans and overall operations for a workforce of over 500 employees. Prior to this role, Willie Cooper was the Chief Information Officer at the same organization, successfully implementing a remote infrastructure solution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Willie Cooper holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Livingstone College.
