Aileen Downer (Healy) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Aileen began their career in 1984 as a Cashier and Enquiries Clerk at Bank of Ireland. Aileen then moved on to C. Hoare & Co., where they served as the Head Cashier and Enquiries Clerk from 1989 to 1996. Aileen then joined SEB as a Customer Services Supervisor from 1996 to 1999. Aileen later worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the UK Client Services Manager from 1999 to 2003 and as a Subject Matter Expert from August to December 2003. Currently, Aileen is employed at Samaritans, where they started working as a Quality & Service Improvement Manager in April 2004 and has now taken on the role of Head of Quality & Service Improvement starting in October 2022.
