Rich Bartlett

Rich Bartlett is an HR Business Partner at L’Oréal, where they collaborate with leaders to enhance organizational culture and support teams through change. Rich is also the Co-Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Samaritans, overseeing initiatives to reduce suicide and guiding a large network of volunteers and staff. They hold a BA (Hons) in Education and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Counselling and Coaching at both the University of Oxford and the University of East London. Previously, Rich worked as a Senior Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on people-related topics and AI integration within HR functions.
