Abhinandan Chandra has extensive work experience in human resources, starting with their role as a Zonal Head HR at Samasta Microfinance Limited since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager- Regional HRBP at Janalakshmi Financial Services Ltd, where they played a vital role in defining strategies, restructuring business verticals, and driving business plans. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Jaipur Rugs, where they introduced performance review systems and launched PMS systems. Abhinandan also worked as a Lead Manager HR at SKS Microfinance Limited and played a crucial role in expanding business, planning recruitment drives, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, they served as an Assistant General Manager HR at SGX Minerals Pvt Ltd, where they contributed to the bottom line through quality management and labor engagement programs.
