Paulo Simionato Júnior

Paulo Simionato Júnior has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. From 2000 to 2008, they worked as a Militar for the Comando da Aeronáutica. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Analista de Negócios for Algar Telecom. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as an Analista de Sistema for TQI - Technology and Quality on Information. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as both an Engineering Manager and a Group Product Manager for Zup Innovation, where they maintained the delivery pace of the quality team even in critical, complex, or pressurized scenarios and ensured that the initiative's strategy and purpose generated relevant value by connecting the team to these objectives and giving space for developers to co-create with the business team. Currently, they are the Head of Digital Transformation for Sambatech.

Paulo Simionato Júnior completed a Post-Graduate degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Pitágoras Faculdade from 2011 to 2013. Paulo then completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Unitri - Centro Universitário do Triângulo from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a XBA certification from StartSe University in April 2022, a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2017, and an ITIL certification.
