Maximilian Weiß has a diverse work experience in business development and project management. Maximilian then interned at All Media Consulting, focusing on strategic planning and business development. Currently, they are working as a working student at Samhammer AG, specializing in business development.

Maximilian Weiß completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in International Business from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt between 2019 and 2023. During their studies, they took the opportunity to broaden their knowledge by participating in a semester abroad program at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in 2021-2022. There, they focused on international business with an emphasis on finance and strategy.
