Michael Peter Schulhof

Michael Peter Schulhof is a non-executive director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Grinnell College, Iowa and a master’s degree in science from Cornell University, New York. Adding to this, he obtained a doctor of philosophy degree from Brandeis University, Massachusetts and was awarded an honorary doctor of science degree from Grinnell College, Iowa. At present, he is the celebrated chairman of GTI Holdings LLC.
