Lynda Zeller

Lynda Zeller currently serves as the Director for Region 5 at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), overseeing Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lynda was a Senior Fellow and Program Officer at the Michigan Health Endowment Fund from September 2018 to January 2024. Lynda also held the position of Deputy Director for the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Administration with the State of Michigan from July 2010 to September 2018, where responsibilities included the management of statewide community-based public behavioral health and developmental disabilities services. Additionally, Lynda served as the Prison Health Services Administrator for the Michigan Department of Corrections from April 2008 to July 2010, overseeing health, mental health, and dental services for 45,000 incarcerated individuals across 36 prisons.
