Twyla Adams, MHS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and behavioral health services. Currently serving as the Supervisory Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Twyla leads the Targeted Populations Branch, overseeing a team managing over 250 grants with a total budget of approximately $150M.
