Kimberly Cate is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in social work and program management. Currently serving as a Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Kimberly oversees federally funded public health projects, focusing on grant implementation, financial accountability, and effective resource allocation. Previously, as a Clinical Social Worker at the NIH Clinical Center, Kimberly provided clinical services and coordinated critical resources for medical research participants. Additional experience includes crisis intervention at Johns Hopkins Hospital and case management for military personnel at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
