Monise Tonoli has a diverse work experience in customer experience (CX) and communication roles. Monise currently holds the position of "Head de CX e Comunicação" at Sami since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sami as "Cuidando das pessoas" and "Head of CX" from September 2020 to October 2023. Monise has also been a CX Teacher at CS Academy, MBA SEDA Executive Education, and FIA Business School from March 2020 to January 2022. In addition, they were a CX Manager at Laureate Digital from an unspecified start date to September 2020. Before that, they served as "Head Of Customer Experience" at Mimic from September 2019 to 2020 and at Peixe Urbano from September 2018 to September 2019. Monise Tonoli also co-founded and managed the community of Amigos do CX from November 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, they were a guest professor at FIAP in December 2018 and held the position of "Head of Customer Experience" at WEEL (previously WorkCapital) from June 2018 to August 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Monise Tonoli also acquired several certifications, including Customer Experience from Disney Institute, Service Design Experience from Echos - Escola Design Thinking, and Análise Sensorial de Alimentos: técnicas e análise de dados from Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas USP, among others.
