Crystal Ramos-Ocasio has been working in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 2011. CRYSTAL began their career at XPO Logistics, Inc. as an Operations Compliance Manager in 2011. In 2019, they moved to Tata Consultancy Services as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2022, they began their current role as a Sr HR Operations Manager at Samiti Technology, Inc.

Crystal Ramos-Ocasio obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New Jersey City University in 2021, with a field of study in Organizational Management and Leadership. CRYSTAL also earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from New Jersey City University in 2010, with a field of study in Sociology.
