Awet Tsegay

Awet Tsegay is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer at Sammamish Plateau Water since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Northwest Construction Inc. from March 2021 to October 2024, and Civil Engineer at Dahlak Construction Company from October 2015 to August 2017. Awet began the career as Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Tsidya Construction Company between June 2008 and July 2010. Awet holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington (2019-2021), a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Eritrea Institute of Technology (2010-2015), and a Diploma in Building Construction from Asmara Technical School (2005-2008).
