Dave Everett

Dave Everett has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Dave began their career in the U.S. Air Force, serving as Sgt. E-4 from 1976 to 1980. Dave then joined MCI Corporation, where they held various positions including program and project management, software development, technical support, and technical field service. After 16 years with MCI, Dave moved on to McLeodUSA, where they served as the Director of Network Program Management, overseeing a team responsible for large-scale network build-out. In 2001, Dave joined Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield as the Director of Process Excellence, contributing to their continuous improvement efforts for over a decade. Dave later joined Sammons Financial Group in 2012 as the Vice President and Business Process Officer, focusing on implementing and improving business processes throughout the organization. As of September 2018, Dave retired from the corporate world and enjoys spending their time in their workshop, garden, and at the YMCA.
