Tatyana Komissarova

Tatyana Komissarova has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and system analysis. Tatyana served as the Head of Business Architects and Project Managers at Samokat, where they established the practice of system and business analysis, built analysis processes, and successfully implemented multiple projects. Prior to that, they were the Head of the Project Management Office at GBU "Analytical Center", where they organized the project office staff, developed workflows and project management systems, and reduced project implementation timelines. Tatyana also worked as the Head of Production at Proektnaya Praktika, overseeing a team of analysts, developers, and testers, and managing a large portfolio of projects. Additionally, they have served as a Project Manager in various companies, implementing major IT projects and contributing to the development and standardization of business processes. Tatyana's work experience reflects a strong track record in managing projects, implementing process improvements, and driving successful outcomes.

Tatyana Komissarova holds a Master's degree in Information technologies and control systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2007.
