Shikhar Veer Singh started their career at Biocon in 2009 as a Scientist R&D. Shikhar Veer worked on downstream purification and optimization of different biosimilars, ensuring process optimization at pilot scale and validation and technology transfer to the manufacturing facility. Shikhar Veer also provided technical support to the manufacturing unit in troubleshooting, process improvement, and control charting. In 2011, Singh became a Principal Scientist at Biocon and continued their work in scientific research and development until 2015. In 2015, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became the CEO of Samosa Singh, a startup focused on creating a brand and bringing Indian snacks, specifically samosas, to Asia and international markets in an innovative way. Singh's aim was to provide customers with a unique gastronomical experience at their restaurant.
Shikhar Veer Singh holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Biotechnology from the University of Hyderabad. In addition, they are a Diploma holder in the Fast track training program on "Downstream Bioprocess Development" from GE Life Sciences.
