Erik Gaarenstroom

Erik Gaarenstroom has a wide range of work experience. Erik began their career in 2008 as a Security Officer at Workrate. In 2010, they took on the role of Thesaurier 1 Bestuur at D.S.S. Phoenix, an association for future engineers of Delft University of Technology. From 2012-2013, they participated in the International Research Projects Delft (IRPdelft) foundation and completed a Summer Internship at Fugro in 2013. In 2014, they were a Graduate Intern in the Asset Management Consulting team at Grontmij Nederland. From 2015-2019, they worked at Bain & Company in various roles, including Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. In 2018, they earned their MBA from INSEAD. Erik is currently the Head of Customer Success at Samotics.

Erik Gaarenstroom has a diverse educational background. Erik received their Gymnasium Diploma from Praedinius Gymnasium Groningen in 2006. Erik then attended Georgia College & State University for a year before transferring to Delft University of Technology, where they earned a BSc in Life Science and Technology in 2012 and a Master of Science (MSc) in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management in 2014. Erik also earned a Bachelor from Leiden University in 2012. In 2018, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.
