Miki Vinther has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. They started their career as a Business Analyst at Falck in 2012, where they worked until 2015. Later, in 2015, they joined Translution Capital A/S as an Analyst and then transitioned into an Associate role in 2016. In the same year, Miki joined Nykredit as an Advisory & DCM Analyst, gaining experience in transaction processes such as valuation, investor materials preparation, and evaluating debt/equity avenues. In 2019, they joined Falck again as a Financial Business Advisor, where they worked on financial modeling, capital structure, and providing insights to shareholders and executive management. Currently, Miki is working at Sampension since 2020, initially as an Analyst and then as the Head of alternative investments operations. In this role, they lead a team of seven professionals and are responsible for valuation of a wide range of alternative assets, funds, and conducting thorough market analysis for valuation models.
Miki Vinther has a diverse education history. In 2008, he/she completed a Higher Commercial Examination at Knord Hillerød. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Miki attended Copenhagen Business School, where he/she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Subsequently, in 2014, Miki pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (FIR) at Copenhagen Business School, completing it in 2016. During 2015, he/she participated in a program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2013, Miki also had an educational experience at Swinburne University of Technology, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown.
