Morten Lund Madsen

Morten Lund Madsen has extensive work experience in various roles in the financial industry. Morten Lund started their career at Danske Bank, where they worked as an IT-chef, Chief Analyst in risk management, and a Project Manager with personnel responsibilities. Morten Lund then joined PKA, where they served as a Chief Financial Officer and later as the Chief Risk Officer, responsible for building the risk function from scratch and leading cross-functional projects. After their time at PKA, Morten joined Maj Invest as a Board Member representing PKA. Currently, they are employed at Sampension as the Chief Investment Officer, leading a team of over 100 employees and establishing a new IT function within the organization.

Morten Lund Madsen earned a Kandidatgrad in Matematik og fysik from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1992 to 1998. In 2015, they completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD. In 2011, they participated in the Virksomhedsledelse for topledere program at Mannaz, and in 2010, they obtained a degree in Business Performance from Mannaz with a focus on Senior management. In 2007 and 2008, they received a Business Practitioner certification in NLP from Performex HR.
