Clare Thompson

Clare Thompson is an experienced professional in People and Culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Samsara Eco since November 2022, where efforts focus on optimizing enzyme recycling for PET and polyester plastics. With a rich background spanning over a decade, Clare has held multiple leadership roles including Head of People and Culture at Hearables 3D and Perx Health, and has been a consultant and talent acquisition specialist at Recruitment Cafe since June 2011. Clare also contributed as a coach for the Startmate Women Fellowship, supporting ambitious women across Australia and New Zealand. Education includes a BTEC National Certificate in Building Studies, Architecture from SCAT, showcasing a commitment to both professional and personal growth in diverse sectors.
