Christian Schaub

Christian Schaub has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian currently works as the Director of Talent Management at Samsara since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of People Business Partner at Palo Alto Networks from January 2020 to October 2021. Christian also worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Leader from September 2017 to December 2019, Global Change Leader from September 2014 to August 2017, Change Leader for Europe and Pacific Transformation from January 2014 to September 2014, Chief of Staff for Global Human Resources from June 2012 to December 2013, and Vice President of Human Capital Performance from January 2011 to June 2012. Before joining Marsh & McLennan Companies, they worked at Oliver Wyman, serving as a Talent Manager and HR Business Partner from January 2008 to January 2011. Christian was also a Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Oliver Wyman's first Employee Resource Group (ERG) called GLOW. Additionally, they worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman from July 2005 to December 2007. Christian's earlier work experience includes being a Passenger Services Agent at Lufthansa from 2001 to 2005.

Christian Schaub attended Yale University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies.
