Cinthya Rico is a Customer Success Manager at Samsara since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from Storecheck México, where Cinthya served in various roles from July 2011 to November 2023, including Head of Customer Success and Business Development, and Key Account Manager. Responsibilities included developing customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and managing marketing research projects for consumer packaged goods. Earlier experience as a Database & Information Analyst involved extracting, processing, and analyzing data for reporting, as well as creating Excel and Power BI reports focusing on key performance indicators. Cinthya holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, completed in 2011, and attended Dr. James Hogan High School from 2001 to 2005.
