Claire Whitlatch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Claire started their career as an intern at Moana Restaurant Group, where they assisted the Director of Marketing with special projects and launched social media campaigns for each restaurant. Claire then interned at Positive Adventures, providing administrative assistance and developing the company's social media campaign. Later, they worked as a hostess at Piatti Ristorante before joining SAN DIEGO MUSIC FOUNDATION as an intern, where they played a dynamic role in event planning and office administration.

In 2012, Claire joined Auberge du Soleil as part of the front office team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and addressing their needs. Claire also performed administrative tasks related to guest services. Claire then worked at Restoration Hardware as a Human Resources Assistant, expanding their responsibilities to include coordinating new hire orientation and managing the associate discount program. After that, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they additionally coordinated HR events and trainings.

In 2014, Claire pursued a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University ILR School, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Claire further enhanced their HR skills by completing an Inclusion & Diversity Certificate Program from Cornell University ILR School in 2018.

Claire then turned their attention to project management, receiving a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016.
