Jamela Sandridge

Jamela Sandridge, CSM®, is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in People Business Ops at Samsara since February 2024. With extensive experience in project and change management, Jamela has previously held key roles at Elite Scents Luxury Candles as Founder & Maker, and as Program Manager within the RevOps PMOs at PathFactory and Salesforce, where strategic business decisions for Revenue Operations were facilitated. A strong background in managing global projects is demonstrated through engagements with major corporations like Verizon, Microsoft, and Amazon during Jamela's tenure at UserTesting. Additional project management experience includes roles at CareerBuilder and AT&T, complemented by foundational expertise in respiratory therapy from Birmingham Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has continued professional development through Salesforce Trailhead.
