Jared Valdron

Jared Valdron is a seasoned professional in the field of People Analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Analytics at Samsara since August 2022, where the focus has been on establishing a comprehensive data infrastructure and consulting with stakeholders. As the Founder of peopledatabot, Jared is developing a next-generation people analytics platform. Prior experiences include HR Analytics Lead at GitHub, where data-driven talent analyses supported significant organizational decisions, and a role at Google as Workforce Analytics Communicator, involving public speaking and teaching on analytics in HR. Earlier roles also include consulting and research positions that emphasize the impact of data on talent management and organizational behavior. Jared holds a Master’s of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s in Integrated Sciences from McMaster University.
