Jiwon Park

Jiwon Park has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2006 and 2007, Jiwon worked as an intern at Terex Corporation. From 2008 to 2021, Jiwon held various finance roles at Ford Motor Company, including Manager of Corporate Development and Senior Finance Manager. In 2018, Jiwon joined Amazon as a Finance Manager for Alexa AWS Finance, and later became a Senior Finance Manager leading financial management for Alexa's cloud infrastructure. In 2021, Jiwon transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Principal Business Development Manager. Jiwon is currently working at Samsara as the Director of Finance and Strategy and is also a community member of FinOps Foundation.

Jiwon Park completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, spanning from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, International Studies, with a Minor in Economics from Northwestern University, covering the period of 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Jiwon obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021. They also passed the Level 1 CFA Exam in June 2012, certified by the CFA Institute.
