John Binder

John Binder has extensive work experience in the telecom and wireless operations field. John is currently the Director of Telecom Sourcing and Operations Program Management at Samsara, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, John worked at Trimble Inc. from 2011 to 2021, where they served as the Director of Wireless Operations. During their time at Trimble, they successfully scaled operations and implemented process automation for over 1 million devices. John also researched global connectivity sourcing partners and established best practices for operational support and provisioning. Additionally, John collaborated with customer experience and operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provided financial metrics and performance reporting, and presented solutions to product and executive management. Before joining Trimble, John held the position of Director of Wireless Operations at PeopleNet from 1997 to 2011.

John Binder attended Hocking College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management. John later enrolled at The University of Toledo to study Business Administration and Management, but the information regarding the degree they earned is not provided.
