Joyce Wu

Joyce Wu has a diverse range of work experience. Joyce is currently an Engineering Manager at Samsara since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Convoy Inc from February 2020 to February 2023 as an Engineering Manager. From October 2018 to January 2020, they held the position of Software Development Manager at Zillow.

Before their time at Zillow, Joyce was the Founder of Cluck from May 2017 to September 2019. Cluck is a startup focused on creating a safer environment on Craigslist through a Chrome extension.

Earlier in their career, Joyce spent time at Zillow again, from July 2016 to May 2017 as a Development Manager, and from March 2015 to June 2016 as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Joyce began their career at Microsoft in July 2008 as an SDE II and held that position until March 2015.

Joyce also has internship experience at both Microsoft and Amazon.com. At Microsoft, they were an SDE intern from May 2007 to August 2007, working on projects related to Microsoft Surface. Joyce was also an SDE intern at Amazon.com from May 2006 to August 2006.

In addition to their professional experience, Joyce worked as a Camp CAEN Instructor at the University of Michigan in June 2004, further showcasing their dedication to education and mentorship.

Joyce Wu completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Michigan from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the same institution from 2007 to 2008.
