Kelly Vaillancourt

Kelly Vaillancourt is currently the Director of Scaled Customer Success at Samsara, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Slack from 2019 to 2023, where they held the positions of Director of Customer Success and Senior Manager of Customer Success. In these roles, they were responsible for driving growth and retention, as well as strategy, operations, and execution of the North AMER team. Before their time at Slack, Kelly worked as a Cloud Services Manager at Green House Data from 2018 to 2019. Kelly also had a tenure at Citrix from 2014 to 2017, where they served as the Senior Manager of Professional Services and Customer Success, the Manager of ShareFile Professional Services, and the Manager of Account Services. During their time at Citrix, they managed a global enterprise renewal portfolio and implemented various projects resulting in cost savings and revenue growth. Kelly began their career as a Senior Consultant at Apptio from 2012 to 2013.

Kelly Vaillancourt attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. The duration of their studies and any other educational experiences prior to or after this time period are unknown.
