Senior Manager, Customer Success at Samsara

Miguel Torres has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Miguel began their career at Deloitte in 2013, where they served as an Analyst and later as a Consultant, successfully managing a $4MM budget project. In 2014, Miguel was promoted to Senior Consultant and took on the role of TMO Lead for two transformational projects, managing a $13MM budget. In 2016, they became the TMO Lead for a CORE System migration, achieving project goals and benefits with a $7MM budget. Miguel then assumed the position of Manager Strategy & Operations, leading the Organizational Project Management Practice and serving as the PMO Leader for a Post Merge Integration Program. In 2020, Miguel joined Samsara as a Strategic Implementation Consultant (SIC) - Customer Success, and later became the Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Customer Success at Samsara.

Miguel Torres completed their education at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Informatic Engineering with a focus on Project Management. In addition, Miguel obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master (PSM) in October 2019 from Scrum.org and Project Management Professional (PMP) in September 2019 from the Project Management Institute.
