Robert leads Customer Success at Samsara and is responsible for enabling customers to get the most value from its products through effective implementation, training, and ongoing engagement. In his prior role as Director of Business Operations, Robert enabled the scaling of Samsara by leading sales productivity, market entry, and operational efficiency initiatives as well as building the Business Operations function. Before Samsara, Robert was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company where he led over 25 growth, efficiency, and organization building initiatives for global organizations. Robert holds a B.S. in Economics from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.
