Shaleen Jain

Shaleen Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in product strategy, competitive intelligence, and management consulting. Currently serving as Head of Product Strategy and Competitive Intelligence at Samsara since 2024, Shaleen previously held various senior roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2017 to 2024, including Partner and Principal, leading significant strategic initiatives that generated over $200 million in improvements. Shaleen's background also includes key positions at Amazon Web Services, Deloitte, and Motorola Solutions, where innovative product development and technology integration were focal points. Shaleen holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
