Charlène Rinaldi

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned professional in nursing informatics with extensive experience in healthcare technology. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was achieved in a level one trauma center. Charlene's career at Kaiser Permanente IT also included modeling clinical concepts as a Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene has a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
