Previously, Ana held roles in the Human Resources Department at SOLPLAY HOTEL from October 2002 to January 2011, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and internal training, while also assisting in hotel management. Ana began a career in HR at Iberlim / Trivalor from February 1997 to October 2002, overseeing HR functions including salary processing and legal representation.
