With a background in law, Wendy practiced as a Circuit Mediation Officer at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and held senior associate roles at Arnold & Porter, specializing in complex commercial litigation and land use law. Wendy holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, supplemented by training in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
