Burak Bektas

Burak Bektas is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in management and accounting. Bektas has held the position of General Manager and Finance Director at Samsonite since December 2010. Prior to this role, Bektas served as Senior Controller at Zentiva Group from January 2008 to December 2010 and worked as a Senior Cost Accountant at Eczacıbaşı Fine Chemicals from June 2000 to December 2007. Earlier in the career, Bektas was an Underwriting Specialist at Yapı Kredi Sigorta from March 1997 to October 1998. Bektas holds a degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
