Pradnya Thakur is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in product and jewelry design. Currently serving as an Empaneled Designer at the Office of Development Commissioner-Handicrafts under the Ministry of Textiles in the Government of India since October 2022, Pradnya has also worked as a Product Designer at Samsonite since 2019. Pradnya's design expertise is further supported by a background as a Designer at SMILE in 2016, specializing in jewelry design, and a summer internship at the Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay in 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Lifestyle and Accessory Design from the National Institute of Design (2015-2018), a Master's Degree in Jewellery Design from Pforzheim University (2017), and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the College of Architecture and Centre for Design (2011-2015).
