Dr. Jung-Ho Lee

Dr. Jung-Ho Lee is a Corporate Senior Legal Counsel at Samsung Display since March 2014, specializing in cross border transactions, litigation and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and international contract law. Prior to this role, Dr. Lee served as a Senior Associate Attorney at Peltzer Suhren Shanghai LLP from March 2012 to March 2014, focusing on cross border transactions and foreign direct investment in the EU and China. Dr. Lee began legal career as an Attorney at Peltzer Suhren Rechtsanwälte from April 2010 to March 2012, where the focus was on German corporate law and litigation. Dr. Lee received education from Martin Luther-Halle-Wittenberg University and Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, graduating in 2010.
